BENEFITS & FLEXIBILITY
Flexible Start Times
Our office operates on a flexitime basis.
Team members can start work anytime between 8:00am and 12:00pm and simply finish their working day 8 hours later.
For example:
- Start at 8:00am → Finish at 4:00pm
- Start at 10:17am → Finish at 6:17pm
- Start at 11:30am → Finish at 7:30pm
No approval is required. Team members simply choose a start time that works for them each day within the flexitime window.
