The registration process involves submitting the appropriate form and information to the CRO. We can handle the registration process for you, helping you avoid unnecessary errors and administration.
Whether you’re starting a new business, introducing a trading name or operating an existing company under a different name, we’ll help you understand the registration requirements.
UNDERSTANDING BUSINESS NAME REGISTRATION
What Is Business Name Registration?
A business name, sometimes called a trading name, is the name under which an individual, partnership or company carries on business when it differs from the relevant legal name.
Registration with the CRO makes the identity of the person, partnership or company behind the business name publicly available.
However, registering a business name does not create a separate legal entity or provide limited liability. It is different from incorporating a limited company.
